In plain words
Some provinces give only children a nursing leave to look after hospitalized parents, and the number of days differs by province. Henan gives no fewer than 20 days a year, Fujian no more than 10 days, and Guangdong no more than 15 days for hospitalization. Henan states that it counts as attendance, and Fujian states that pay and benefits stay unchanged. If the employer refuses or deducts pay, Fujian and Guangdong state that you can go to the human resources and social security department (人社部门).
