In plain words
A person under 16 cannot register a streaming account with you. Those 16 and older must have their identity verified and need the consent of a parent or other guardian. Tipping has three tiers: under 8 cannot tip; ages 8 to 16 need the guardian's consent; those 16 and older need the guardian's consent or verification of proof of income. If a child tips money without the guardian knowing, and the guardian asks for it back, the court will order it returned.
Translated from the Chinese original. Original book, section 26, tip 8. This section describes legal rules, mostly mainland China’s. It is general information, not legal advice; for your own case, talk to a lawyer. Content may be out of date and rules differ by place. When you actually deal with an agency, a doctor or a court, follow what local officials, doctors and lawyers tell you. Disclaimer
