In plain words

A dispatched worker signs the contract with the dispatch agency, but the company where you work every day also has legal obligations. Your pay must be calculated by the same method as people in similar posts at that company, and overtime pay and performance bonuses are also paid by it. If you are harmed at that company, both companies are liable together, and you can demand payment from either one. For months with no work after you are sent back, the dispatch agency must also pay you at least the minimum wage.
