If you are thinking about suicide right now, call or text 988. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
In plain words
Under a life insurance contract, a suicide within two years is not paid out, and only the refundable part of the policy is returned. It is not recognized as a work injury either, and the three payments for a work-related death are not paid at all. Debts owed come out of the estate you leave first, and your family receives only what is left. They would also bear the health cost described in §29.4 (bereavement by suicide or violent death).
